     Bullock's Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 heads lettuce
6 chicken breast halves
6 oz. package sliced almonds
1 small package rice sticks (optional)
Dressing
4 cups mayonaise
2 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons soysauce
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
 
1/2 tablespoon or less mustard
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Bake almonds on cookie sheet until light brown. 300 degrees for about 5 minutes.
Deep fry rice sticks in hot oil for 1-2 minutes until puffed. Drain one handful at a time. Use paper towels.
