     Sauteed Tomatillos

Ingredients
5 small tomatillos (Mexican green tomatoes)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
 

Instructions
Remove the paper husks from the tomatillos. Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices.
In a small skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the tomatillos and saute on both sides until tender and golden, 6 to 8 minutes.
