In a medium-sized bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream margarine; add sugar gradually and continue creaming until light. Add egg, vanilla, and Sweet 'N Low; beat well. Thoroughly stir in dry ingredients. Refrigerate one hour.
