     Hot Parmesan Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 c. light mayo or Miracle Whip dressing
1c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. chopped green onions (optional)
2 T. chopped tomatoes (optional)
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is heated through and lightly browned.
Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes.
Serve with corn chips to be gluten-free.
