     Maytag Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

Recommendations 		  Saint-Pierre 2008 Cotes de Provence Rose
Ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise (fresh is best)
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup white vinegar
2-4 cloves of chopped garlic to taste (Sam uses 4!)
¼ teaspoon sugar
3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
Ground Black Pepper to taste
3 oz Maytag Blue Cheese (Available at the Wine Country)
 
Instructions
Blend and chill at least two hours before serving, but it is best to let dressing steep overnight, refrigerated.
