     Balsamic Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
1 (4 pound) chicken
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
2 large red onions, sliced into 1 inch disks
 

Instructions
Rinse the chicken and pat dry
Combine the garlic, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil, and rosemary in a small bowl. Rub the outside of the chicken with this mixture, cover, and refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F!
