     Grilled Flank Steak with Port Sauce

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs Flank Steak
2 tbs fresh grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup of red wine
1/4 cup Reserve-quality Port
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a shallow glass pan. Marinate the steak in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours, before grilling.
