1/4 cup Reserve-quality Port
1 cup beef stock
2 tbs softened butter
Salt & pepper to taste

tasteIn a small sauce pan, bring Grahamís Six Grapes to a simmer. Reduce by half. Add the stock. Continue to simmer until the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Whisk in butter to finish the sauce.
