     Country Pie

Ingredients
Crust-
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 8 oz. can tomato sauce
Filling-
 
1 1/3 cups Minute Rice
1 cup water
1 1/2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 cup shredded chedder cheese

Instructions
Take the crust mixture and pat into a 9 inch pie plate.
Combine rice, sauce, salt, water and 1/2 of the cheeses. Spoon into meat shell.
Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle top w/remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
