1 (6-ounce) can thawed frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
2 tsp. fresh orange rind
1 (6-ounce) reduced fat graham cracker piecrust
Instructions
Combine ice cream, juice concentrate, and rind in a
large bowl; blend until well combined. Spoon ice
cream mixture into crust; cover and freeze at least
2 hours or until firm. Yield- 8 servings (serving
size; 1 slice).
Weight Watchers Points- 5 (or 2 points for 1/2
slice).
