     Egg Rolls- Turkey (or Pork)

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 package bean thread, soaked and drained
1 1/2 cups finely grated cabbage
1 medium carrot, finely grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 package Egg Roll Skins (the thinner, the better)
 

Instructions
Cool turkey with garlic until done. Add bean threads, cabbage, carrot, salt and pepper. Cook slightly just to warm vegetables. Place small amount in the middle of wrapper, roll and seal with either whipped egg whites or a little cornstarch and water. Deep fry until golden brown.
Appetizer- Cut egg roll wrappers into 4 squares and follow recipe above.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard as dips.
