     Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
1 stick butter (2 sticks to double)
1 cup self rising flour (2 c. to double)
3/4 c. sugar (1.5 c. to double)
3/4 c. milk (1.5 c. to double)
1 (16 oz) can fruit and juice (32 oz to double)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter/margarine in baking dish. (Microwave it on high for 1 minute to melt the butter) (Use a 1 1/2 qt dish for the smaller version). Spray sides of the dish with Pam.
In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and milk
Pour mixture over butter. DO NOT STIR TOGETHER. Spoon fruit evenly over batter. DO NOT STIR. Bake 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with vanilla ice cream
