     Christmas Pecan Balls

Ingredients
1/2 lb. butter (not margarine), softened
4 Tbl. sugar
2 cups broken pecans
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbl. vanilla extract
Powdered Sugar (for dusting)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a baking sheet.
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add flour and pecans and mix until just blended.
Roll into balls (I use a melon baller to get a uniform amount of dough). Place on a lightly buttered baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
