     Caramel Frosting

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar
 

Instructions
Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar and bring to boil over low heat. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk, keep stirring until mixture boils again. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool. Beat in confectioners sugar. Spread on cooled cake.
