     Bubbie's Banana Cake

Ingredients
4 eggs (beat first)
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 medium size mashed bananas
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Cream eggs, sugar and oil
Add bananas and vanilla
Alternate dry ingredients and orange juice
Use 9x13 cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hr. Test to see if done.
