     Caesar Potato Salad

Ingredients
6 potatoes, boiled and diced
2 eggs, boiled and diced
4 strips bacon, fried crispy optiional)
1/2 cup oil ( olive or your favorite vegetable oil)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
 

Instructions
Combine diced potatoes and eggs in large bowl; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, worchestershire sauce and oil-beat together throughly. Add Parmesan cheese and season to taste.
Sprinkle bacon crumbles on egg and potato mixuture and add dressing. Toss lightly to coat. Cover and regfridgerate for 1 hour or more.
Serving Suggestions
Awesome with any grilled entree.
