Ingredients
pre-made puff pastry tart shells
1 Can Artichoke Hearts - drain & chop
1 Cup - Fancy shredded Parmesan
1 Cup - Fancy shredded Mozzerella
1 Cup - Mayonnaise
1 small onion finely diced
 

Instructions
Mix Chopped Artichoke hearts, onion, cheeses and mayonnaise together.
Fill pre-made pastry shells with mixture.
Arrange on cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°
