2-3 lbs. chicken breast

2 Sticks Butter
|

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 callions, minced

1 T. Parsley
|

2 tsp. Dill Weed
|

1/2 tsp. Oregano
|
| |
1/2 tsp. Salt
|
| |
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Instructions |

|
|
Cut chicken breasts into 2x1 pieces and place in 9x13 baking pan.
|
|

Melt butter over low heat. Add garlic, scallions, parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Pour mixture over chicken pieces. Bake for 10 minutes, turn chicken pieces over and bake for another 10 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Turn oven to broil and put chicken under broiler for 3 or 4 minutes or until slightly browned.
