     Danish Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 cake yeast
1 cup warm milk
3 egg yolks
4 cups flour
1 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup warm water
 

Instructions
1 cake yeast soften in 1/2 cup warm water. add to-
1 cup warm milk. Beat in 3 egg yolks. Add 4 cups flour, 1 cup shortening, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp nutmeg. Mix well and let sit in refrigerator over night.
Use for any kind of pie
