28 large marshmallows

1 pint whip cream

3 egg yolks

juice of one lemon

Instructions |
|
|
cut pineapple in cubes, seed cherries, mix and drain
cut marshmallows or use miniature ones, add to fruit
|

make sauce of egg yolks, milk, and lemon juice. cook in double boiler, till med thick.

while sauce cools whip cream, add to suce and pour over fruit and mix well
|
|
