     Peanut Sauce and marinade for Kabobs

Ingredients
1/2 cup light soy sauce
2 T granulated brown sugar or substitute
2 T sugar or substitute
4 gloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
3/4 cup water
3 T lime juice
1 T finely chopped ginger
1/4 t ground red pepper (optional)
 

Instructions
For Marinade- Combine 1/2 the soy sauce, 1 T of the brown sugar, 1 T of sugar and 2 of the garlic cloves in a ziploc bag. Add meat, chicken or fish. Whatever kind of kabobs you want
For Sauce- In a saucepan over high heat, combine peanut butter, water, lime juice, ginger, ground red pepper, remaining half of soy sauce, remaining 1 T of brown sugar, remaining 1 T of sugar and the remaining 2 cloves of garlic.
Cook stirring constantly, until the mixture boils. Remove from heat.
Make kabobs and grill as desired. When finished cooking serve with peanut sauce.
Serving Suggestions
You can serve with rice if you want to
