     Sweet-Sour Sausage Bites

Ingredients
2 pounds kielbasa or polish sausage
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 teaspoons flour
1 or 2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup vinegar`
2 tsp soy sauce
 
Instructions
Blend together the sugar, flour and mustard. Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Slice sausages at an angle crosswise and place in sauce. Simmer 10-30 minutes or put in slow cooker.
