Ingredients
BASIC DOUGH
2 Cups flour
2 large eggs
few spoonfuls lukewarm water
FILLINGS
CHEESE- 2 egg yolks, 1 Tbs, butter, 1 lb pot cheese or
farmer's cheese mashed. Dash of salt. 1 T sugar. 1/2 raisins, optional
Cream the egg yolks and the butter, combine with cheese, season and
 
mix thoroughly. For a sweet filling, add the sugar
and or raisins.
POTATO- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled. 1/2 onion minced. 1 heaping T butter
Salt and pepper to taste. 2-3 T cottage cheese.

Instructions
Mix flour,eggs & water and work dough until firm. Divide in 2 parts and roll each piece into a thin sheet on a floured board.
Make cheese or potato filling. Place onto each section of dough, roll, slice and pinch each piece closed.
Cook in boiling water like noodles, covered, so that they will steam. When they rise to the top they are done.
