1 20 oz can spaghetti sauce, like Schiavones or others
Instructions
Saute sausage and onion until brown and crumbly. Drain well. Add salt, bread crumbs, egg and parsley. Mix thoroughly. Pour half of one can of spaghetti sauce into a 9X13 baking dish. Using teaspoon, fill pasta shells with sausage mixture. Arrange shells in dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 350 for 30 min. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 min. longer.
