     Pineapple Nut Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups flour
 
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup crushed pineapple in a little juice
Instructions
Combine sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and pour into sugar mixture. Add pecans and pineapple. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
