1 pound lean ground beef or 1 chicken breast, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 cup tomato juice, beef stock, water, or wine
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet over med. heat. Add onion and saute til translucent.Add meat (break up ground beef with fork), Stir in garlic continue stirring until meat browns. Drain fat. Stir in tomato juice, or other liquid, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Serve with lettuce, olives, avocado, tomato, sasla and cheese. Works well with fajita flour tortillas as quesedillas.
