     Lemon bars

Ingredients
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1/4 c powdered sugar (10X)
2 eggs
1 c sugar
2 1/2 t flour
2 1/2 T lemon juiceGrated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 t baking powder
 
Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients and place in 8x8 pan. Pat enenly over pan bottom. bake 20 min at 350F.
Beat remaining ingredients with a mixer until fluffy. Pour over baked crust. Bake 20-25 min at 350F. Cool and cut into bars.
