In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. In small bowl, beat eggs, sugar, milk, 1/2 up syrup and oil. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter should be lumpy.) Fold in oats and walnuts.
Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
