1/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 tsp ground dry mustard
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, simmer wine first, add solid cheeses and cream cheese. Once everything is melted, add the milk. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated thoroughly.
Stir in green onions, spinach, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and black pepper. Continue cooking until all ingredients are well blended, about 10 minutes.
Transfer mixture to a double boiler or fondu pot to keep warm while serving.
