2 lb yellow squash, sliced
|

1 medium onion, chopped
|

1 carrot, grated
|

8 oz sour cream
|

1 can cream of chicken soup
|

1 stick butter
|

8 oz Pepperidge Farm Herbed Stuffing (blue pkg)

Instructions |
|
|
Boil squash in water until tender. Melt butter and mix with stuffing.
|
|
|
Combine 1/2 of butter-stuffing mix with squash, onion, and other ingredients. Mix well.
|
|
|
Place veggie mix in 9x13 baking pan and top with the rest of the stuffing-butter mix.
|
|
|
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
