In a large bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar and mustard. Reserve 4T. mixture for topping. To remaining mixture add Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, garlic powder, pepper and egg. Blend well. Stir green pepper and Wheat Chex. Let stand 5 min. Break up Wheat Chex. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake 350 for 65 min. Spread top with reserved catsup mixture. Bake additional 15 min.
