     Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups Crisco
1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 large egg
 

Instructions
In bowl mix flour, salt sugar wee with fork. Add shortening, mixing until crumbly. In small bowl beat egg, water and vinegar. Mix until dough forms a ball. Add to flour mixture. Divide dough into five flat circles. Chill overnight. Take out of refrigerator one hour before rolling out. Use rolling pin covered with pastry cloth. Freezes well.
