     Chicken Souffle Pie

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 chicken bouillion cube
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup cooked chicken (cubed)
4 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 8 inch pie shell
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat butter in pan and saute mushrooms. Add cornstarch and crumble bouillion cube to mushrooms; cook one minute. Gradually add milk and stir until boiling. Remove from heat; add egg yolk, chicken and bacon. Beat egg white until stiff and fold into mixture. Turn into baked pie shell and cook for 25-30 minutes.
I add cheese, onion and minced red pepper.
