1/3 cup red wine vinegar
|
| |
1/3 cup olive oil
|

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

3 cloves garlic, crushed

3 15oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained

1 10oz. pkg. frozen corn, thawed
|

1 large sweet pepper, chopped
|
| |
1 medium green pepper, chopped

Instructions |

Combine first 5 ingredients- let stand 5 min. Combine rest of ingredients in a large bowl and add dressing. Marinate a few hours in refrigerator.
