     Spinach with Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
2 bunches spinach, washed, dried, stemmed
4 green onions, tops only, chipped
1 large orange, peeled, halved, thinly sliced
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
DRESSING
2 talbespoons salad oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
 
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions
Shake all dressing ingredients in glass jar. Refrigerate 14 hours to let flavors blend. Just before serving, toss salad ingredients with dressing. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
