     Swiss Style Eggs

Ingredients
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
salt and pepper (optional)
1/2 c. light cream
 

Instructions
Sprinkle in 9 inch pie pan 1/2 cup of grated cheese.
Break into a cup and slide on top of cheese and careful not to break the yolks, 6 eggs.
Season to taste w/ salt & pepper. Pour over egg 1/2 cup of light cream.
Sprinkle over top 1/2 cup grated cheese, bake in ove 350 degress for 15 minutes.
