     Snickerdoodle Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg (18.25 oz) plain white cake
1 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 tbs (1 stick) butter, melted
3 large eggs
2 tsp ground cinnamon
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Grease two 9 inch round pans with vegetable shortening, then dust with flour. Place the ingredients with an electric mixer for three minutes, until batter is well combined. Divide the batter into the pans and smooth down with a spatula. Bake 27-29 minutes or until golden brown. Let the cakes cool in the pans for about 10 min. before placing them on a wire cooling rack.
