     AUSTRIAN CREAM COOKIES

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
3 3/4 c. plain flour
1 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
 
1 T. water
3 drops food color

Instructions
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually; blend in cream. Mix flour, baking powder and salt; stir in. CHILL AT LEAST 1 HOUR. Roll dough out 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick on lightly floured board. Cut in 1 1/2 inch squares. With knife, make two (2) 1/2 inch indentations on each side of each square.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-13 minutes. Cool and frost irregularly.
Mix last five ingredients and frost cookies irregularly.
