|
mix 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar,1/4 cup melted butter, then mix & pat into 9x13 in. pan. (preferably glass)

beat together in bowl- 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese (softened), 1 cup of sugar, 4 eggs, & 2 tsp. of vanilla til' creamy then pour over crust
|
|
|
bake til' light brown around edges only.
|
|
|
Cool in refrigerator for a while then top with which ever pie topping you choose.
