saute mushrooms in olive oil. season with salt and pepper.

to assemble, put 1 slice of muenster on rye bread. spread goat cheese over the muenster. top goat cheese with the sauteed mushrooms, then the other slice of muenster and the other slice of bread.

grill in a pan or on george foreman. -- try using 'i cant believe its not butter spray' to toast bread in the pan or on george.
|
|
|
cut into 4's for an appetizer.
