Crack two eggs into a small container for easier pouring. Pour eggs into quart size zip lock freezer bag. Mark name on bag if making multiple omelets at the same time.
Add veggies as desired. Mix (squeeze) all ingredients together in the bag.
Bring large pot of water to boil. Place egg bag(s) in boiling water. Boil for approx. 13 minutes. Omelet will easily release from the bag after it is cooked.
