     Salmon with Turkish sauce

Ingredients
1-2 lb fish fillets (salmon is good)
6 T olive oil
2-4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 T chopped parsley
1 can chopped tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
2T toasted breadcrumbs (optional)
 

Instructions
rinse and dry fish fillets and place in an oiled baking dish. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over fish. Bake 30-40 min at 375F.
