In a large bowl, stir together bron sugar, peanut butter, milk, honey or molasses, oil and vanilla, in a small bowl, stir together flour oats, baking soda and salt.
Add oat mixture to peanut bitter mixture along with raisins and cranberries, chips, almonds, sunflower/pumpkin seeds, coconut and flaxseed; stir until just blended.
Spread batter into a 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. The mixture will be stickyp it's easiest to use your hands, but dampen them first. Bake for 20 to 25 mins until golden. Cool in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
