/12 t each- basil, tarragon, oregano, celery seed, summer savory
1/4 t each- thyme, rosemary, sage, marjoram
1/2 c brown rice
1/2 c bulgar wheat or wheat kernels
1 heapin T miso
6-8 c water
2 T soy sauce
Instructions
Saute mushrooms, onion caroots, and celery in oil util tendet. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1-2 hours, until grains are tender, or pressure cook 10-15 minutes.
