Mix meat with all ingredients.
|
|
|
Shape each meat into meatballs and place on metal skewers.
|
|
|
Preheat grill to 375 and grill for 15 minutes. Or use broiler at about 300 and rotate kebabs a few times.

|
|
Make a brown gravy from drippings if kebabs are broiled and serve over top of kebabs. (If not broiled, make a brown gravy}
