Mix brandy and orange juice. Soak chopped dates carrot, raisins and the grated orange skin in the brandy-orange juice solution for 30 minutes.
Saute the cashew in ghee until light brown color and keep it aside. Beat the refined oil, sugar and egg together untill fluffy. MIx the sauted chashew nuts and all the other indgredients in it. Mix for 5 minutes.
Mix the cake flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add this to the mixture. Also add the fruit solution. Mix them all together and bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting:
3 Tbs. Butter
1 Cup powder milk
300 gm Powder sugar
1/2 cup sugar
tsp. Vanilla
Mix well.
