     Elsa's Meatloaf

Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 pound pork
1 cup bread crumbs-plain
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
 
ketchup
Instructions
Soak bread crumbs in milk for 10 minutes. Saute onions. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Place in bread pan with bacon strips and ketchup on top.
