2 packages 7 oz. vanilla wafers, rolled into fine crumbs
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup brandy
1/3 cup white rum
1 pound shelled pecans finely ground
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into round bite sized pieces and roll in granulated sugar. Store in airtight container. Flavor improves after 3 days.
NOTES- This was always Jeff's favorite Christmas treat
