     Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
1 pie crust-graham cracker or vanilla wafer
4 c. strawberries--1 quart
11/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 small pkg. strawberry JELLO
 
Instructions
Mix water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until clear Add small package of JELLO. Let cool.
Pour over berries in crust. Refrigerate to set. Serve with Whipped cream
Make with raspberries and peaches too. Raspberries may need a little more sugar. Make peach pie using apricot JELLO for more flavor.
