The amount of red pepper flakes you use in this recipe will adjust the heat of the sauce. I use a lot, since Arrabiata sauce is supposed to be spicy.
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized pot and simmer for 10 minutes. To make sauce thicken, add more cheese. To keep sauce thin, either keep cheese to a minimum, or add a little water.
